Some furniture available. Midsize open closet with shelves and clothes rail. The semi-private hallway bathroom offers a low-step shower. Washer/dryer located in the detached garage/workshop. Cold water only for the washer.

The retired home provider pursues a lot of interests: carpentry, working on an older car, riding motorcycles, swing dancing, community projects (bicycle kitchen), kinetic sculpture race, etc. He is a night owl (routinely goes to bed past midnight) and very sociable. 2 indoor/outdoor cats in the home, another cat an option.

An ideal housemate would be open to some amount of interaction and could live in a less traditional home space. A light sleeper would not be a good fit.
Absolutely no smoking/drugs/alcohol/cannabis in the home or on the property.
