1 - developing the field for crops, grey-water system, and hardscaping.
2 - pet-sitting when owners are away
You will need to pay a portion of utilities. We are particularly interested in folks with experience in horticulture, farming, and landscaping. This would be a one-year agreement, with possibilty of renewal.
Residents are a middle-aged couple with a 9-year old daughter, 2 dogs, a cat, and some chickens. The property is located in Freshwater, with access to nearby trails. Entire property is fenced.
